The president () has sanctioned, with vetoes, a law that guarantees actions to protect the members of the Judiciary, and the Public Defender’s Office and makes qualified crimes of murder and intentional personal injury committed against them.
Among the vetoes of Lula is the excerpt that dissemination of salaries of judges and prosecutors. He also vetoed the article that said that there is a permanent risk in the activities of magistrates and members of the Public Prosecution Service.
The sanction was published in the “Official Gazette” of the Union on Wednesday (7).

The text also considers a heinous crime for qualified homicide, the very serious personal injury and the injury followed by death against these people.
