The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), decided on Wednesday (7) to mark the testimony of the witnesses of the central core on June 19 on May 19.
The hearings should begin with the witnesses indicated by the (Attorney General’s Office), beginning at 3 pm on May 19. In all, 82 people should be heard by the Supreme in two weeks.
The prosecution listed six people to testify about the coup plot, such as former military chiefs Freire Gomes (Army) and Junior Baptist (Aeronautics). The two told the Federal Police that former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) presented them a draft decree that provided for a coup.
The governor of the Federal District, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), and former Bolsonaro government meters should also give testimonials to the Supreme.
The second group to testify will be the witnesses listed by the defense of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid. As the military signed a award -winning collaboration agreement during the investigation, he will always be the first of the accused to speak in the process.
Cid’s defense listed the former army commander Julio Cesar de Arruda and seven others as witnesses. The group included military subordinates in the help of Bolsonaro government orders.
Moraes defined that the order should follow with the testimonies of the witnesses indicated by Alexandre Ramagem, Braga Netto, Augusto Heleno, Almir Garnier Santos and Anderson Torres.
The witnesses indicated by the defense of Jair Bolsonaro must be the last to be heard on May 30 and June 2. The list presented by the former president includes the governor of São Paulo, Tarcisio de Freitas (Republicans), Senator Rogério Marinho (PL-RN), Deputy Eduardo Pazuello (PL-RJ) and seven others.
Minister Alexandre de Moraes has defined that the defense witnesses will not be summoned, and it will be up to the defendants’ lawyers to bring the persons nominated for the virtual testimony.
Moraes, however, opened the exception to witnesses who are civil or military civil servants. In such cases, the Supreme will communicate on the testimony of witnesses to the superiors.

The order issued by Alexandre de Moraes on Wednesday also deals with other topics related to the process of the coup plot. One of the main points is related to sending by the Federal Police of all documents seized in the investigation to the defendants’ defenses.
The Federal Police told the Supreme to develop a “technical solution with the objective of making all the material seized during investigations available […] in Microsoft’s cloud storage service “.
Moraes gave five days for defenses to inform the names of lawyers who must have access to the material. They must sign a confidentiality term about the obligation to maintain confidentiality on the data.
The central core of the coup plot is composed of (Federal Deputy and former Chief of Abin) (former Navy Commander) (former Justice Minister) (former GSI minister), Jair Bolsonaro (former President of the Republic), (former Assistant of Bolsonaro Orders), (former Minister of Defense) and (former Minister of Civil House and Defense)
The first class of the Supreme Court received the complaint against the group on March 26. The judgment of the main core of the coup plot will expect later this year.
