The Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences has introduced a new rule that requires members confirm that they saw all the named movies in a certain category before they vote for the Oscars.
Members must now present forms that prove when and where each movie was seen – A change that aims to eliminate longtime habits of uninformed voting.
