Vienna – The price increase of the listed electricity provider Association of March 1, 2023 had no legal basis. This was judged by the Supreme Court (OGH) in a process, which was externally boss of the Consumer Protection Association (VSV), Peter Kolba. The VSV now wants to obtain repayments from the network – or at best bring in a class action. The network refers to one -off payments already made and checks further steps.
