When choosing dishes for a wedding or Holy Communion, we often follow the taste of most guests. We focus on dishes that everyone knows, such as: borscht, broth or soups. However, it is worth experimenting and trying new solutions. However, we must remember to Fashionable dishes were also part of the preferences of most guests. Certainly dishes with an intense taste that use oriental, strong spices will not work.
If you get bored of traditional dishes, you can bet on dishes with a modern twist. Vegetables like leek, carrots or tomato form delicious cream soups that can be an interesting alternative to broth. They will be a light and tasty first dish, the perfect starter before the main course is also a good choice, if we know that the party will be vegans and vegetarians. Cream soups do not require the use of meat.
Our proposal is the leek cream soup. Thanks to the use of spices, it is not bland, and the cream makes it a creamy, rich consistency. In addition, it is easily digestible and will blend in perfectly with the next, heavier dishes.
