The general director has made special emphasis on the importance of the company to sustainability and has highlighted the reduction of 81% of the carbon footprint, thanks to the incorporation of refrigerant gases, to the neutral establishments and the improvement of the fleet vehicles. 99% of the energy consumed by the chain comes from renewables and there are photovoltaic plates in 46 supermarkets.
