The Israeli Air Force bombed today, for the second consecutive day, infrastructures controlled by them, including the airport and electricity production stations in the capital Sanaaa.
Houtha immediately warned that they would respond to these blows. “The attack will not remain unanswered,” they said in their statement.
The Israeli army said it was “off” Sanaai Airport and targeted “power plants” in the capital’s area as well as a cement industry, a little further north. “Take -off, aircraft and infrastructure were hit,” the announcement was hit.
The Al-Massirah guerrilla television channel reported that blows were hit at the capital’s airport, three power stations and a cement industry in the Amran region.
Correspondents from the French Agency in Sanaaa have heard many explosions and saw smoke rise from various parts of the city. Three people were killed and another 38 were injured by Israeli blows.
Since 2022, only the Yemenia National Airman has been operating limited commercial flights from Sanaai Airport, with a key destination in Jordan. The airport also landed at the UN aircraft carrying humanitarian aid.
As yesterday, Al-Massirah accused the US of involvement in these blows. Washington denies any involvement.
Shortly before the new raids today, Israeli Army spokesman Avisai Andrae called the Yemenites to “immediately evacuate the Sanaai airport area”.
