The new sheet shines with cleanliness, but unfortunately only until the first use, where you can overcome the temperature or time of baking. If your one remembers much better times, it is time to start its thorough cleansing. You don’t have to worry about hard work, it will be easy.
Most of the sheets we have at home are still made of black sheet, but there are also stainless steel, and even enamel, which most likely used our grandmothers. There is practically nothing to break on the plate with cautious use, so why throw away a functional thing? Let’s just get rid of the unnecessary comments of past small kitchen disasters.

Choose correctly
Before we start preparing the ideal home cleaner, it will be necessary to realize from what material the area we want to get rid of. While the stainless steel can withstand a little coarser force (but carefully), we would completely destroy non -stick surfaces in the same way. But this is obvious at first glance even without deep knowledge.
Magic
Probably the most charming mixture for many similar objects is edible soda with vinegar. You should not leave this couple aside, so the first attempt can take place in this way. Simply pour baking soda on the baking tray and spray it with vinegar. It is ideal to use a sprayer, but it is up to you what method you choose. What happens? The mixture will begin to spark, bubbles will be formed. While children have fun on the sheet metal process, you can rub your hands. The deposited dirt will gradually peel off and after a while you can easily wipe it with a sponge or cloth.
Jelly
Failed? There is another attempt for soda – this time make it with the help of water a jelly, which you paint and leave for several hours, preferably overnight. This method should already work with certainty. And if there are any remains, mix soda with hydrogen peroxide, paint it on a baking tray and then place it in a slightly heated oven for a few hours. Does it seem illogical? Maybe, but it is definitely worth trying, because it is a proven and tested method.
Aluminum
If you don’t just want to wait for the result of the work that Soda with your allies will do for you, go to manual cleaning. It probably won’t go without a scourge, but the best is the one you make yourself at home. We can surely argue that it is not directly a steel, as we imagine from the store, but in the ball the crumpled aluminum foil is literally a miraculous tool. It is more adaptable, softer and more gentle than hard real wool -rods, but it fulfills its task perfectly.
Bake dirt in the oven
It is very unlikely that after all the above -mentioned procedures on the metal sheet, the slightest nuclei of former burns would remain. But if you are such a bad luck, it will be the right time to reach for real chemistry. But beware of your hands and don’t forget the gloves. Strong cleaners, without which you can no longer do in such extreme cases, are usually dangerous to the skin. For example, you can use a very effective oven cleaner or other chemicals.
Prevention in the first place
Finally, it will be good to remember the golden rule, which also applies in many other situations. Prevention is always better than the subsequent extinguishing of the already blazing fire. Therefore, use baking paper or special pads that protect the sheet from similar accidents. And when something like this happens, do not hesitate and intervene even before the dirt on the sheet is dry. You would only add unnecessary work to yourself.
