Deputies and collective terms that defend feminist guidelines across the country have on Thursday (8) a “protocol”, with the simultaneous presentation in several legislative houses of a bill that guarantees to employees of companies that have contracts with public administration of justified absences for health care and dependent education.

In São Paulo, the project was in charge of PSOL feminist benches in the capital and assembly, as well as other deputies and councilors. The proposal creates OA to be granted to companies that adhere to the initiative.
The idea is that the Public Administration can establish in the bidding documents and the celebration of partnerships or agreements of additional scoring or tiebreaker in favor of companies certified with the seal.
Among the absences that would be paid are accompanying children, guardians or people under legal responsibility in medical appointments, examinations, hospitalizations and health treatments and attend school meetings.
Faults must be paid with documentary proof.
