President Volodimir Zelenski asked the allies who join to fight the Russian invasion of Ukraine on Thursday, while Europe celebrates the 80th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II. “Just as 80 years ago, when it is finally clear for everyone: evil cannot be appeased. You have to fight it, together, with determination, strongly, with pressure,” Zelenski said in a speech published Thursday. The Ukrainian president also criticized the celebrations of Victory Day in Moscow, where the Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, will receive more than 20 world leaders and make a great military parade.
