Flamengo players were targeted by an attempted robbery at dawn on Thursday (8), after landing in Rio de Janeiro, according to the club. The vehicle where goalkeeper Agustín Rossi was hit by four shots. No one was injured.
According to the club, when they landed in Rio de Janeiro, around 5:30 am, after a match in Argentina valid for Libertadores, some cars of Flamengo players were attempted to assault the yellow line at the time of Bonsucesso.
“The car where was the goalkeeper Rossi, who is armored, was shot with four shots. Despite the serious occurrence, the attempt did not materialize and none of the athletes or members of the vehicles were injured. All players involved are already in their homes.
