A new wellness trend is aimed at these so-called problem areas: in social media, the “Cortisol-Belly” is currently omnipresent. This means the “stubborn” tummy with which women especially deal with. It is said to be caused by chronic stress. However, the solution is not far: if you specifically reduce the mirror of the stress hormone cortisol, then the waist size should also be reduced as by itself – and a possible blurred face is smearing.
