The need to hire an internationally respected coach, with ample history of titles and capable of taking the Brazilian team out of the technical crisis that plagues the team made Ednaldo Rodrigues, president of CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), authorizing a major investment to reach an agreement with Italian Carlo Ancelotti, 65.
To count on the current Real Madrid coach in the final stretch of the qualifiers and, above all, in the 2026 World Cup dispute, the entity agreed to offer a salary of $ 60 million per year – R $ 5 million per month, very close to what he currently earns at the Spanish club -, almost double what he received Tite, Brazilian commander in the 2022 and 2018 Worlds.
