Making Syrup made of young pine shoots It is very easy. All you need to do is get such a amount of shoots that will fill a 1 liter jar. Earlier, however, they need to be cleaned of brown scales, and then cut into smaller pieces.

So prepared shoots You can put in a jar. Then cover them with sugar (approximately in a 1: 1 ratio). It’s best to do it in layers, that is, add some of the shoots, cover them with sugar and repeat them until the ingredients are exhausted.
