Strawberries and chocolate are a combination that will satisfy many people, the recipes based on these ingredients are liked by children. Such muffins will disappear from the plates in the blink of an eye. In addition, it is worth using the starting season for fresh strawberries. You will need: to make this recipe:

  • 110 g of molten butter,
  • 200 g cukru
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • a tablespoon of vanilla or vanilla extract
  • 315 g universal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g of any chocolate
  • 250 ml of milk 3.2 percent
  • tablespoons of vinegar
  • 60 g of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • A glass of fresh chopped strawberries cut into small pieces

At the beginning, add a tablespoon of vinegar to the milk, mix and leave for a minimum of 10 minutes. Turn on the oven and heat it to 210 degrees C. Prepare a bowl and add melted, cold butter and sugar to it. Mix to combine the ingredients. Add eggs and mix again (about 3 minutes), then place in a bowl: milk, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt and oil. Stir until the ingredients combine well.

Prepare another, larger bowl and add dry ingredients to it: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chopped into small pieces. Add the contents of the first bowl to this and mix thoroughly. The mass should be smooth. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to the dough, mixing gently. Set aside the bowl for 30-45 minutes.

Prepare the form for muffins and apply the dough to leave a 0.5 cm distance from the upper edge. You can add strawberries and chocolate pieces upstairs. Put the mold in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190 degrees C. Bake for 15 minutes, until the toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffin is dry. Take it out of the oven and leave to cool. You can decorate cool muffins.
