This salad is more than a snack – Thanks to the ingredient, which is chicken breast, it can be safely said that it is a nourishing meal. It works especially in the menu of people who are active on a daily basis and need to supplement energy resources.
- 2 smoked chicken breast fillets (about 300 g),
- 100 g of cheese (e.g. Gouda),
- 3 ground cucumbers (about 250 g),
- 1 onion,
- a small bunch of dill,
- 1-2 cloves of garlic,
- 125 ml of natural yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Grate yellow cheese on thick grater.
Wash the cucumbers and cut into cubes. Peel the onion. Cut into quarters and then into slices.
Chop the dill finely.
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
In a separate dish, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and a clove of garlic squeezed through the press. Mix to a uniform sauce.
Add the sauce to the salad and mix all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Put the salad for at least an hour in the fridge to make the flavors bite.
