Summer is approaching rapidly. It is getting warmer outside. They taste particularly good at this time of year. They are light, refreshing and do not require warming the oven. Just a few ingredients and a little time to create a really delicious dessert, e.g. a blueberry cloud – a fluffy, delicate, full of juicy fruit, which melts in the mouth.
The base of the blueberry cloud are biscuits. In addition, we prepare a fluffy cream and a fruit jelly with blueberries. The whole is complemented by meringues and almond flakes.
What ingredients do we need to make a blueberry cloud? Here is the exact list:
- 400 g of fresh or frozen berries;
- 1 package of longitudinal biscuits;
- 1 package without;
- 1 packet of almonds in petals;
- 2 blueberry jellies;
- 1.5 teaspoons of gelatin;
- 1.5 cups of cream 30%;
- 700 ml of hot water;
- 1.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 1 Package Cream-Fix.

To make a blueberry cloud, at the beginning we dissolve jelly in hot water and leave them to cool. We dissolve gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water and leave it for now.
In the next step, put biscuits on the baking tray. Then beat the chilled cream with cream-fix and powdered sugar. When a thick foam forms, then we add gelatin.
The resulting cream is put on biscuits and put the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. After this time, we pour the jelly mixed with blueberries on them. We cool the dessert again for 30 minutes.
Before serving, we decorate the blueberry cloud with crushed meringues and almonds. Such sprinkles will add pleasant crunchiness to the dessert.
