A gynecologist may prescribe an ultrasound examination, CA-125 marker blood test or other specialized tests. The sooner ovarian cancer is detected, the better the treatment prognosis. Even if you do not feel symptoms, the annual examination with a gynecologist should be a priority for each woman to prevent her health.
