Victory parade in Moscow puts a guest in the center

The security measures in downtown Moscow have never been so sharp. Disrupiers everywhere, the center for car traffic blocked, the mobile phone restricted, thousands of security forces on the move. “Many Moscowers left the city, there is no way through anywhere,” says a passer -by slightly annoyed. “We all, as a moscow, as a city dweller, naturally want this glorious day of victory to be celebrated at the right level,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskow had previously explained.
