Companies and partners are accused of diverting R $ 23.8 million from retirees and pensioners
The (Attorney General of the Union) asked on Friday (9.ab.2025) to the Federal Court that 6 more companies and 8 people will respond for fraud against retirees and pensioners of (National Institute of Social Security).
The request was made from a recommendation of the (Comptroller General of the Union), which identified evidence of the participation of new investigated in the scheme of undue discounts on pensions. It is estimated that about R $ 23.8 million have been passed on irregularly to public servants linked to the INSS.

- ACCA Business Consulting and its partners Romeu Carvalho Antunes, Milton Salvador de Almeida and Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes;
- ARPAR ADMINISTRATION, PARTICIPATION AND ENTERPRISE SA and partner Rodrigo Moraes;
- WM SYSTEM INFORMÁTICA LTDA. and his partner Anderson Claudino de Oliveira.
The AGU asks the new targets to have the goods blocked and suspended banking and fiscal confidentials, based on the anti -corruption law. The action also provides for the stoppage of the financial activities of the companies involved.
According to AGU, companies were used as a means to divert resources from the benefits paid to retirees and pensioners. The heritage block was extended to the partners of the firms, under the justification that the CNPJs served as a facade for illegal practices in the criminal, administrative and civil spheres.
One of the names cited by CGU in the course of findings, the former director of INSS benefits, André Fidélis, was not included in the petition. AGU also requested more data on the company BF01 corporate participation, which may be included in the precautionary action in case of new evidence.
