Federal Deputy Colonel Ulysses participated, on Friday morning, the graduation of another class of the Criminal Police Training Course, held at CIESP (Integrated Center for Teaching Public Security), in Rio Branco. Alongside the troop, the parliamentarian celebrated the conquest of the 314 graduates, including 69 women, and highlighted the strategic importance of new agents to strengthen public safety in the state.

During the ceremony, Colonel Ulysses reaffirmed his commitment to investments in the sector. “The Penal Police play an essential role in the criminal justice system. It is the one who deals directly with the imprisonment and discipline of prisoners. Valuing and qualifying these professionals is to strengthen the base of security in Acre,” said the deputy.
The parliamentarian also recalled that his mandate has been guided by a firm performance for security forces. “There is no public safety without investment, without structure and without recognition. Our struggle is constant to guarantee resources, training and decent working conditions to our agents,” he said.
Colonel Ulysses also thanked the commitment and union of state security institutions, reinforcing the importance of integration between forces as a path to more effective results in combating crime.

The graduation of this new class marks another advance in the restructuring of the Penal Police, contributing directly to efficiency and security within the Acre prison system.
