Employees who work in the production of content of social networks, Alesp’s radio and TV station are not receiving salaries for April, as well as credits for the transportation voucher and the meal voucher and adopted a state of meeting on Thursday (8).

Alesp says the company has been previously penalized for non -compliance with contracts, including late payment, and that it also has a history of delaying the submission of legal documentation – awarded in contract – for conference and receipt “by the services provided.
In April, the company was warned of the absence in the accountability of proof of discharge of a installment with the IRS. “Without the delivery of all documents, the house does not have legal protection to pay the invoice presented by the company,” says Alesp.

On Monday (12), a meeting between employees and representatives of the Radialists and Journalists Unions (SJSP), in the Alesp building, may seal the stoppage of the activities.

The contract lasts 30 months – will be until August this year – and will surrender to the foundation about R $ 34.7 million, in all. Alesp has not responded if the company could be hired again from August.
