The Holocaust survivor Margot Friedländer is dead. It died on Friday at the age of 103, as the Margot Friedländer Foundation announced. Her mother and younger brother were murdered in the Auschwitz concentration camp during National Socialist Jewish destruction. Friedländer hid underground in Berlin, but was betrayed and dragged into a concentration camp.
