It can be an independent appetizer or an addition to the main course, especially aromatic grilled meats or potatoes. It contains (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, olives or onions). However, there was a product that adds more taste to it. It’s about peppers – sweet or sharpdepending on your culinary taste. The mild ones will add juiciness and some sweets to the salad. In turn, sharp will make the whole spicy and extremely aromatic. If you fancy such an experiment, below you will find the exact recipe and list of the ingredients you need.
Ingredients:
- Mini Roman lettuce,
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes,
- green cucumber,
- a glass of green olives,
- Little red onion,
- 200 g of Greek feta cheese,
- sweet or hot peppers,
- Freshly ground pepper.
Sos:
- 4 tablespoons of oil,
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar,
- clove of garlic,
- Half a teaspoon of oregano.
Method of performance:
Wash the Roman lettuce thoroughly, dry and kidnap into smaller pieces. Transfer to a large bowl.
Cut on halves, cucumber cucumbers into semi -slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers. Add chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and olives to the lettuce. Add chopped peppers (you can leave the small ones in full).
Cut the feta into larger cubes and place the salad on top.
In a small bowl, combine oil with wine vinegar, garlic and oregano. Mix thoroughly or slightly beat with a fork until the sauce is combined.
Pour the salad prepared with the sauce just before serving and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
