How to dough for homemade dough
The launched dough is the basis for pinwheels, wreaths and other popular desserts. However, its preparation requires accuracy, especially when weighing all the ingredients you need. It is crucial to carefully measure not only butter, flour, milk and water, but also eggs. In the pot, the liquid ingredients are first warmed up with butter, salt and a little sugar, up to the boil. As soon as the mixture really boils and the butter is perfectly melted, the flour is suddenly poured into it and the mixture starts to mix thoroughly until a smooth, compact ball is formed. This step is called launching. Its aim is to close moisture into the dough, which later turns into a pair in the oven and creates a typical cavity. The detonated mass is then briefly processed in a robot with a flat extension and the eggs are gradually added to it while stirring, until a glossy and supple mixture is created, which slows down slowly from the wooden spoon.
The finished mass is applied with a confectionery bag on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, ideally into the shape of a wreath of 5 to 6 centimeters, and always with sufficient spacing, because they will significantly gain when baking. The oven must be preheated to 180–200 ° C and bakes exclusively with the upper and lower heating, never with a hot air heating. Do not open the oven during baking, otherwise the dough will collide. The wreaths are baked for about 25-30 minutes until golden and after cooling are the ideal foundation for cream and fresh fruit.
For fresh strawberry wreaths, light vanilla cream is perfectly suited, ideally prepared from milk, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and a little starch, which is allowed to cool after cooking and whisk with softened butter. Brush the bottom of each wreath with cream, add slices of fresh strawberries and cover the upper part. Finally, you can gently dust with icing sugar or add a mint ticket. The result is a dessert that looks beautiful, tastes great and pleases every season, especially in the full season of home strawberries!
A delicious dessert that everyone can handle

With a little patience and accuracy in preparation, you will achieve a perfect result that will attract not only the appearance but also a great taste.
