The Indian Army has broadcast this Saturday a message of distension to Pakistan in a moment of high voltage between the two nuclear powers and after a night in which Islamabad has launched a massive attack on multiple objectives. In a statement to the press, the Indian military spokeswoman, Colonel Sofiya Qureshi, has urged the army of the neighboring country to act reciprocally: “The Indian forces reiterate that they do not want an increase in tensions and urge Pakistan to act in a similar way.”
Nueva Delhi claims to have detected a growing deployment of Pakistani troops in several border areas that, in his opinion, suggests Pakistan’s intention to further aggravate the situation.
The Indian Army’s statement takes place after Islamabad announced, this Saturday, the beginning of the Operación Bunyanun Marsoos (Iron wall) In response to recent Indian actions, and that constitutes the greatest escalation between nuclear powers since the Kargil War in 1999. According to the information provided by the Pakistan army, its forces have claimed 16 attacks or different destruction of Indian military assets and locations.
Saturday morning, the Pakistani army announced the destruction of a Missile warehouse of the Supersonic cruise type brahmosdeveloped jointly by India and Russia, in the Indian region of Punjab, and attacks in other places. Subsequent updates reported on the destruction of the Brahmos missile warehouse in Beas, also in the state of Punjab, at the Udhampur air base, located in Jammu and Kashmir, and in the Pathankot airfield, in Punjab.
In a press conference, Lieutenant Pakistaní Ahmed Sharif, head of the Army Media Wing (ISPR), accused India of shooting missiles against their own territory. He also said that India triggered Air-Earth missiles against the bases of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in Nur Khan, Mureed and Shorkot, but assured that all PAF assets are safe. In addition, he accused India of shoot missiles and carry out drones against Afghanistan.
Pakistan also announced the launch of his missile to Fatah, named in memory of the Pakistani martyrs of an attack committed by India this week, and that according to New Delhi a goal was Terrorist bases sponsored by Islamabad.
