The internal spaces of luxury hotels in New York and Paris were the starting point for the development of the residential venture that stands out as a jewel in the heart of paradise. The traditional neighborhood of São Paulo, near Paulista Avenue and Ibirapuera Park, is known for providing the perfect balance between the agitated life of the capital and access to privileged regions of the city, such as the Jardins neighborhood.
The modern facade of the project, promoted by Lavvi, will contrast with common internal areas that will have a classic decoration style. The project includes 3 or 4 suites, with footage ranging from 156 m² to 263 m².
The terrain is a rarity in the region for having more than 5,000 meters. “The project was designed to bring together the comfort and sophistication of the best hotels in the world and, therefore, also adds the main services that are offered in these environments, most of them included in the condominium,” says Andre Target, director of incorporation of Lavvi, entrepreneur responsible for the project.
Hotel pampering
Le Six residents will have personalized condominium management promoted by the international administrator CBRE. The company, which manages high -standard condominiums in over 100 countries, stands out in the market for promoting exclusive services with excellence. This means the offer of personal trainer, concierge, sports classes, leisure activities for children, among other facilities.
“Let’s deliver life along with the apartment key,” says target. In practice, this also translates into details as the olfactory identity of the environment and the presence of Le Six coffee inside the ballroom. “In this way, the environment will always be used. We will also offer residents a set of silverware and dishes to be used at parties and get -togethers,” points out the executive.

Another differential is the “Private Pool House”, space located at the top of one of the buildings, which will house an exclusive pool, barbecue and meal space. The goal is to promote a private environment for the reception of friends.
The service package also includes security, porter and messenger and 24 -hour Doorman, as well as employees to help with purchases and bags, as well as exclusive events in partnership with luxury brands. “The dynamics of these events will depend on the preference of the group of owners. It can be a wine night, or a meeting to gather a group that likes cards,” says Albus.

Founded in 2016, Lavvi usually promotes two releases per year, which stand out for the high general sales value (VGV) of the units. The developer maintains a focus on projects that consider land well located, with great footage. The decoration and services follow a rigorous international line, which brings the company closer to luxury brands.

The Italian brand Versace, for example, was Lavvi’s partner at Villa Milano Lifestyle by Versace Home, a venture located in the São Paulo neighborhood of Moema, which features Lifestyle from Versace Home. In the same neighborhood, the developer also promoted another project – Saffire – in partnership with designer Elie Saab. “These initiatives bring the embodiment of intrinsic glamor in the work of these partners, with exceptional designs that add a luxury dose to the interiors. This is a trend of the sector that grows in Brazil,” says Albus.
