Once I made this dessert, my guests were very impressed. Sweet Patrycja It surprises not only with a funny name, but also with taste – a combination of chocolate and nuts and mascarpone lovers loved by lovers simply enslave. I will definitely repeat this recipe more than once.
Meringue tops:
- 6 large egg proteins,
- 250 g of fine sugar for baking,
- 190 g of ground hazelnuts,
- 130 g of dark chocolate,
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch,
- A pinch of salt.
Cream:
- 300 cooled cream of 30% or 36% cream,
- 250 g of chilled mascarpone cheese,
- 60 g of powdered sugar,
- 50 g of starting dark chocolate,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
- Seeds from 1 vanilla pod.
Additionally:
- a few cubes of dark chocolate,
- A handful of chopped hazelnuts.
All ingredients for meringue tops should be at room temperature. Pick the egg protein to the mixer bowl and beat with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam. Gradually add a spoon by spoon sugar, whipping the foam all the time. Then add a teaspoon of starch and finely ground hazelnuts. Mix everything gently with a spatula, only to combine the ingredients.
Prepare two large flat sheets with the dimensions of the oven and put them with baking paper. Draw two districts with a diameter of 20 cm on each of them. Divide the meringue mass into 4 parts and put evenly on the drawn wheels. Meringue tops bake in an oven preheated to 140 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. After this time, remove them from the oven and leave to cool.
Chocolate break and melt in a water bath. Smear the finished meringue tops with liquid chocolate and put it off to freeze.
Whip cream and powdered sugar with vanilla beats. In the second dish, slightly beat the mascarpone cheese. Add mascarpone cheese to the whipped cream and mix gently with a spatula. Then add the extract, grated chocolate and mix. Divide the cream into 4 parts. Brush each of them with a thick layer on all meringue tops.
Fold the cake by laying tops on yourself. Decorate the top with chopped hazelnuts and grated dark chocolate. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours.
