Caesar is reigned in the classic salad, a large amount of Parmesan cheese, as well as egg or mayonnaise sauce. If you take care of the line, you can prepare this dish in a lighter version with more vegetables. You can bake chicken breast in the oven or on the grill. Also prepare Roman lettuce, fresh tomatoes and red onionwhich will emphasize the taste of the dish, and provide valuable vitamins, minerals and fiber. To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 300 g of chicken fillets,
- 200 g of Roman lettuce,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 red onion,
- a handful of toasts,
- Salt and pepper,
- a bit of sweet pepper for chicken,
- olive oil to smear the chicken,
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
Sos:
- 100 g of Greek yogurt,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- a bit of dried basil,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle.
Prepare the chicken. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and a bit of ground sweet pepper. Sprinkle with oil and rub with spices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (top-down) for about 20-25 minutes until they are juicy and slightly browned. After baking, set aside to slightly cool, and then cut into thin slices. Add to a platter. Sprinkle with crunchy croutons. Finally, pour the salad prepared with a yogurt sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
