At 25, Luísa Militão took office on the Single Court of the Judicial Subsection of Ilhéus, in Bahia

At 25, Luísa Militão Vicente Barroso became the younger federal judge in Brazil, according to the CNJ (National Council of Justice).

The magistrate moved to Ilhéus, Bahia, to assume the Single Court of the Judicial Subsection of the Municipality, linked to Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region.

Luisa’s appointment caused great repercussion on social networks. The profile of the magistrate on Instagram, previously identified as now appears as unavailable.

Luisa was born in Inhapim, in the eastern Minas Gerais. He left his hometown at 16 to attend high school at the College of Application of the Federal University of Viçosa, also in Minas.

The following year, he remained in the city of Minas Gerais and joined the Federal University of Viçosa.

Before being named to the Court in Ilhéus, Luisa was approved for the positions of Prosecutor at the Public Prosecution Service of Bahia and public defender in Minas Gerais.
