Ingredients:
- red pepper,
- green pepper,
- yellow pepper,
- 2 tomatoes,
- large onion,
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- a spoon of wine vinegar,
- 1/4 teaspoon of liquid honey,
- 2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs,
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
