The São Paulo Court of Justice upheld , Suspected of being the mastermind of the assassination of the teacher, Fernanda Reinecke Bonin.
Fernanda is former partner of the victim, with whom she was married for eight years. The suspicion was arrested by the Department of Homicides and Protection of Persons (DHPP) this Friday (09), after testimony of João Paulo Bourquin, who would have said that the crime was at the behest of Fernanda.
The former partner was arrested at the law firm responsible for her defense. According to the calculation of CNNDHHP agents were already at the scene when she arrived at the office. Fazio had no resistance, and surrendered.

On Thursday (8) the Civil Police had already arrested João Paulo Bourquin, who was in the south of the city.
The Civil Police are still in steps to arrest two other suspects of participation in the crime.
