Nice weather lured Lucia B. for hiking. On Friday she went on a hike to Sivec Hill at the Ružín dam. When no one was heard, the frightened family asked the police and the East Search team. The big search event started on Saturday (May 10) and took place until the early morning hours, the group of volunteers on the social network reported.
“On the basis of the available information, we set out to the area where the missing was supposed to perform the output and from where she last sent a photo, ” specified The East Search team, searching for forest terrain, caves and surroundings of rock cliffs. Thanks to the thermal imager drone, they were able to monitor even hard -to -reach areas from above.
They continued their search on Sunday from 9:00 in cooperation with police officers from the Košice region, police cynologists, as well as handlers from several organizations. “We also deployed the drone when the assistance of members of the Košice emergency police department during abseiling in exposed terrain, ” added.
