Judge Diego Câmara, responsible for a federal court case in the Federal District that involves an operation between OE a company in, has worked as an assistant in the office of retired minister of (Superior Court of Justice) Napoleão Nunes Maia Filho, lawyer of the bank in the action.

In 2016, Diego Câmara was appointed by the then president of the (Superior Electoral Court) Gilmar Mendes to act as an assistant judge in the office of then -minister Napoleon at the electoral court for a period of two years.

In Pernambuco, the process of judicial recovery runs, while in the Federal Court there is an execution filed against the Union.
The bank states that the transaction occurred before judicial recovery and that, therefore, a case should be tried in the Federal District. The other part, in turn, says that the operation may affect judicial recovery and, therefore, the case should be dealt with in common court.
The conflict of competence is unrelated to the acquisition protocol.
