The Bratislava traffic police officers intervened during the illegal tuning meeting on Saturday (10 May). The patrols were directed to the rest area Rovinka North on the D4 motorway, which was one of the places suddenly.
“There were approximately 250 motor vehicles in the parking lot and the corresponding number of participants in illegal tuning suddenly”Said Michal Szeiff, a spokesman for the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Bratislava. He added that the police also dealt with several offenses, including by detaining the vehicle registration certificate as well as tables with registration numbers from vehicles.
“Of the 17 offenses committed, seven concerned the technical condition of the vehicle, in the case of five it was exceeding the allowed speed, the other four concerned driving method and one offense was qualified as the other violation of road traffic rules”Said the police spokesman. The consumption of alcohol or other addictive substances did not detect during the inspection.
