In the PRL, the Carpathians were baked for power. This cake was present at almost every important ceremony. In a contemporary, rush world, many people choose an alternative traditional pastries they are. There are also regulations for a fast Carpathian Mountains. It’s time to recall one of them.
The Carpathian woman without baking is prepared from 6 ingredients. We make the cream as in traditional baking, but we don’t have to bake brewed dough. We replace them with puff peas.
Nothing prevents you from enriching the dessert with seasonal fruits, e.g. strawberries. Just cover them with sugar, stew for a while with a little water, and then cover with an additional layer of cream.
What basic ingredients do we need to make a carpish without baking? Here is the list:
- 500 ml of milk;
- 2 packages of cream pudding without sugar;
- 1 packet of puff peas;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 100 g of butter with room temperature.
- 70 g cukru.
To make the Carpathsky without baking, at the beginning we dissolve powdered puddings in 3/4 cup of milk. Heat the remaining part in a saucepan and pour sugars into it. Mix everything and bring to a boil.
In the next step, add the pudding mass to the saucepan and cook it until it thickens. Set aside the pudding to cool.
Then mix the butter chopped into pieces until aeration. Then we add 1 tablespoon of cold pudding to it, mixing to a smooth mass.
We put half of the puff peas on the form lined with baking paper. We pour the cream on it, which we cover with the remaining layer of cookies.
Put the prepared dough without baking in the fridge for a few hours, preferably for the whole night. Before serving, it is worth sprinkling with powdered sugar.
