TKO Group has resulted from US $ 1.27 billion, reverses previous damage and records net profit of US $ 165.5 million
A company that controls the (Ultimate Fighting Championship) e a (World Wrestling Entertainment), recorded revenue of $ 1.27 billion in the first trimester of 2025.
The value represents a 4% growth compared to the same period of the previous year. The data were released on Friday (9.MAI.2025) by the company.
The company obtained net income of US $ 165.5 million in the period ended on March 31, 2025, reversing the loss of US $ 234.5 million in the first quarter of 2024. The improvement in results happened due to increased revenue and reduction in operating expenses.
TKO has registered declines of US $ 305 million in general and administrative sales expenses, US $ 38 million in direct operating costs and US $ 21.6 million in depreciation and amortization.
The main reduction in administrative expenses is due to the fact that, in the 1st quarter of 2024, the company had accounted for the US $ 335 million agreement paid by the UFC to former fighters who moved antitrust actions.
“TKO started well in 2025, with UFC and WWE delivering solid financial results. Given the strength and impetus of these businesses and without material change in our general business perspective, we are raising our projections.”said Ari Emanuel, TKO CEO and CEO.
