The federal government announced on Monday (12.MAI.2025) that companies from China will make investments in Brazil that reach R $ 27 billion. The number was released by the president of ApexBrasil (Brazilian Export Promotion Agency), Jorge Viana, in the forum that brought together Brazilian and Chinese businessmen in Beijing.

  • North Chemistrythe largest producer of IFAs (active pharmaceutical inputs) in Latin America, has partnered with the Chinese Acebright, Aurisco and Goto Biopharm, in a total of R $ 350 millionto build an industrial IFAS platform in Brazil.

APEXBRASIL signed agreements with:

  • Luckin Coffeefor the promotion of Brazilian coffee;
  • HUAXIA FILMto promote national cinema;
  • Hotmaxxsupermarket chain, for sale of Brazilian products in retail.

Here’s the agreements between companies:

  • Eurofarma e Sinovac will create the Brazil-China Institute for innovation in biotechnology and infectious and degenerative diseases;
  • Raízen Energy e SAFPAC They established the foundations for a Bioethanol long -term agreement, aiming at the production of SAF in China;
  • REAG Capital Holding e CITIC Construction cooperate in the degraded pasture conversion program in Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Production Systems in Brazil;
  • Abes and the ZGC They foster partnerships in artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, market expansion and talent training;
  • Fiocruz (Oswaldo Cruz Foundation) and the Chinese pharmacist Biomm invest in local insulin production.
