“Expensive and inflexible”: job seekers over 50 fights with many prejudices

It is a dilemma: the government wishes that people work longer and sets the course for it. So there should be an “older employment package”, access to early retirement is difficult and a partial board is planned. At the same time, however, people over 50 often find it difficult to find a job because companies shy away from older workers. Too inflexible, too expensive, too little resilient, the most common prejudices are when your applications are sorted out.
