At 550 meters high, Senna Tower, a real estate project located in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, intends to win the title of highest residential building in the world and already has at least 18% of its units sold.
The project, categorized as a Residential Supervallbears the name of Brazilian pilot Ayrton Senna and was idealized by her niece, the artist and anthropologist Lalalli Senna, daughter of the pilot’s sister Viviane Senna. Investors include Havan, businessman Luciano Hang, Senna brand and FG Empreendimentos, responsible for the work.
Before the launch, the project already had 18% of its units sold, which corresponds to $ 1.53 billion in sales.
The investment to take off the paper reaches R $ 3 billion, according to FG Empreendimentos, a value that should be easily recovered considering its R $ 8.5 billion VGV (general sales value), referring to the sale of 228 units scattered for 157 floors, with prices ranging from R $ 28 million to R $ 300 million.
204 apartments of up to 400 m² will be offered, with values between R $ 28 million and R $ 40 million, already available for sale; 18 suspended mansions, with a footage between 420 and 563 m² and values between R $ 40 million and R $ 60 million; Four duplex coverage of 600 m² for R $ 200 million; and two 903 m² triplex coverage, which, according to the developer, must be auctioned by the traditional English auctioneer Sotheby’s, with an initial bid of R $ 300 million.
The figures are high even for Balneário Camboriú, which recorded the most expensive square meter in April 2025, with the average price reaching R $ 14,531. By way of comparison, the price of the square meter of the 400 square meters and R $ 40 million from Senna Tower, which are in the most “affordable” category of the project, comes out for the trifle of $ 100,000.

The tower will feature space for shopping, swimming pools, courts, gym, welfare centers, whole panoramic floors dedicated to leisure and an observatory.
The construction of the work should start only in the second half of this year, scheduled for delivery in 2033.
Senna Tower will be the first Residential Supervall From the world receiving the “Leed Platinum” seal, the maximum level of the world’s leading environmental certification, conferred by “US Green Building Council”, a non -profit private organization that promotes sustainability in buildings.
