A pork chop remains a symbol of the Polish classic dinner for many people. Crunchy, in a golden coating, extremely filling and always works, both on a daily basis and on holidays. There is something to it, but I have a different proposal – me and my family definitely prefer papal cutlets.
Even if pork chops are your favorite chops, it is known that at least from time to time it is worth reaching for something new instead of many times made, maybe a bit lighter, but equally delicious and filling.
My favorite proposal recently papal cutlets – I came across them by accident, it is said that they were one of the favorite dishes of John Paul II. I don’t know that, but I found that it is a very fast and simple recipe, and the effect I like much more than classic pork chops.
