In winter, when there is a lack of fresh, domestic vegetables, it is worth experimenting, combining many ingredients to get a rich taste. It is difficult to enjoy the values of winter tomatoes, and asparagus or rhubarb are simply inaccessible. For it Spring, young cabbage does not need a large company to delight with taste. Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of young cabbage,
- 2 bubbles,
- a small bunch of dill,
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- a spoon of lemon juice,
- 3/4 teaspoon honey,
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Peel cabbage from external leaves. Finely chop the remaining leaves, removing the hardest parts.
Peel and chop the onions finely.
Combine cabbage and onions in a bowl. Salt, mix and leave for half an hour.
Make cabbage with onions. Pour excess juice.
Finely chop the dill and add to the cabbage bowl
In a separate dish, combine olive oil with lemon juice and honey.
Mix the sauce into the salad. Season with pepper, possibly – a little salt.
Put the salad in the fridge for about an hour to make the flavors bite.
