It is difficult to enjoy the values ​​of winter tomatoes, and asparagus or rhubarb are simply inaccessible. For it Spring, young cabbage does not need a large company to delight with taste. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head of young cabbage,
  • 2 bubbles,
  • a small bunch of dill,
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • a spoon of lemon juice,
  • 3/4 teaspoon honey,
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Method of performance:

Peel cabbage from external leaves. Finely chop the remaining leaves, removing the hardest parts.

Peel and chop the onions finely.

Combine cabbage and onions in a bowl. Salt, mix and leave for half an hour.

Make cabbage with onions. Pour excess juice.

Finely chop the dill and add to the cabbage bowl

In a separate dish, combine olive oil with lemon juice and honey.

Mix the sauce into the salad. Season with pepper, possibly – a little salt.

Put the salad in the fridge for about an hour to make the flavors bite.
