The action that aims to combat and prevent any form of violence against children and adolescents throughout the national territory, led to the arrest of the elderly through a complaint from the Lago Grande community, on the Gregório River.
“We also found that the individual already had an open arrest warrant for rape of vulnerable in the state of Acre. He was in compliance with the semi -open regime, but did not return to the prison, becoming a fugitive, hiding in the municipality,” explained delegate Rafael Bruno, from the Eirune’s Interactive Police Station (DIP)
Based on investigations, because it is an area that is difficult to reach, the search lasted 48h. The accused, knowing the complaints, tried to escape to forest areas, but was captured by the police. The man is available to the court, will attend a custody hearing and will be responsible for the crime of rape of vulnerable.
