The president of the (Supreme Federal Court), avoided on Tuesday (13) to expand the malaise with the House after the president of the House, (-PB), to maintain harmony between the institutions.

The STF minister also stated that the Brazilian Constitution was very comprehensive, dealing with topics such as social security, health, social security, education, among others, which leads the Supreme to need to analyze topics usually left to politics.
“The Brazilian Constitution has brought to law an immense amount of articles that in other countries are left to politics. This is why in Brazil it is much more difficult to trace the border between law and politics. “In fact, the Brazilian Constitution is that it takes care of many themes, and they at some point end up coming to the Supreme,” he added.
In the speech, Barroso also stressed the role of the Supreme to avoid a blow and said he asked for three positions of the government of the defense of democracy.
