The missing boy from the village of Kolačkov near Stará Ľubovňa managed to track down the police. The Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Prešov informed on the social network that the search event after the minor started on the night of Monday (12 May) to Tuesday.
“At the request of the Operational Center, in addition to the police, the East, together with other components – emergency searchers, fire brigade and rescue, volunteer firefighters from Nová Ľubovňa, was also involved in the event. The search took place in difficult night conditions until the early morning hours. Each minute increased the tension and concern for the child’s safety”Said the police.
The east of the East team added that a boy who has specific health needs has gone out of the house on a scooter in the afternoon and did not return home. The surroundings of the main roads, meadows and forest stands in the wider area were searched. The boy’s sought -after boy eventually found a police patrol from Stara Lubovna on Tuesday morning.
In this context, the police expressed gratitude to all participating professional and voluntary units for a quick response, coordination and commitment.
