Lecce – Casper van Uden surprisingly won the fourth stage of the Giro d’Italia to Lecce. The Dutch surprisingly prevailed in front of two compatriots in the sprint on Tuesday in Apulia. The Dane Mads Pedersen, the winner of the first and third stage, had to be content with fourth place, but successfully defended the pink leader jersey.
