A blue plane landed at Viracopos airport in Campinas (SP) on the morning of Tuesday (13) with a passenger lying on the floor of the rear galley-where the food and drinks served in the aircraft are prepared.
According to the pilot, the passenger, approximately 50, was sick. He reported the situation to the control tower. The audio was captured by and assigned to CNN. Listen below:
In dialogue with the tower, the pilot informs the traffic controller that, after landing, would leave the track in the last output available. The goal was to provide a landing without braking, to ensure the safety of the passenger lying down.
“Blue 6091 informs you that you will deliver in the last intersection, in Eco [taxiway E]Due to the passenger nursed lying on the floor of Galley, so as not to brake much, ”said the pilot.
Asked about the need for medical care on the track, the crew stated that it had already made this request to the company. “But if you can reinforce, we thank you,” he said.
In audio, there is no information on the health status of the passenger. Sought by CNNAzul said only that the woman “received medical attention at Viracopos International Airport and was then released.”
Flight 6091 took off from Fortaleza (CE) at 3:13 am and landed in Campinas at 6:35 am.
