After negotiations between the United States and China, US President Donald Trump signed the executive order that adjusts Beijing’s fares, according to the White House published on Monday, 12.

From 12h01 (local time) of May 14, 2025, all articles imported from China – including Hong Kong and Macau – to US customs territory will be, according to the law, subject to an additional 10%rate, the White House said.

Adding to fentanyl rates (20%) and reciprocal (10%), the final rate on Chinese goods will be 30%.
