11 Acrean clubs express support to Adem Araújo in the presidency of FFAC

Amid internal disputes in the Acre Football Federation (FFAC), 11 state clubs released joint support to Adem Araújo, current president of the entity. The demonstration was made public through an official note signed by the president of Vasco da Gama-Cacre, Weverton Viana da Silva, who rejects any attempt to delegitimize Araújo’s leadership.

According to the note, two leaders would be trying to press the president to resign. Allied clubs claim that Adem Araújo was democratically elected FFAC vice president and that with the death of former President Toniquim, he took office legitimately. They also highlight their unblemished conduct and their history of encouraging acrean sport.

The publication reverberated on social networks, receiving support from fans and leaders. Internet users classified as “blow” the pressure for Adem to leave office and asked for the continuity of serious and professional management in state football.

Vasco da Gama-Acre makes public to all interested in the development of professional football in our state, the unrestricted support to the president of the Acre Football Federation.

Two leaders are trying to press the president to give up.

Below we signed a group of 11 presidents of hopeful clubs for great management of an unblemished man and a great supporter of the Acre sport. It is noteworthy that he was democratically elected Vice-President of FFAC and that, in the absence of our eternal Toniquim, he is the legitimate president.

Therefore, Adem Araújo has our support and our confidence !!!
