The mayor, (-PB), said on Tuesday (13) that the house filed a lawsuit in the (Supreme Court) to take the case of the deputy (-RJ) to the plenary of the Court.

“We entered the Federal Supreme Court on Tuesday with an action to prevail the vote for the suspension of criminal action against Deputy Delegate Ramagem (PL-RJ),” Motta said at X.
“Through an argument of non -compliance with a fundamental precept (ADPF), to be judged by the STF plenary, we hope that the votes of the 315 deputies will be respected. The harmony between powers only occurs when everyone uses the same tuning and are in the same tune,” he added.
Motta had been saying in reserved conversations wanting to act responsibly to avoid friction between the powers, but stressed that, because they were 315 votes in favor of the measure, would seek to respond to the peers.

Before the House suspended the criminal action, the Supreme Court had already notified the House its understanding that the action could only be suspended against branch and the crimes he would have committed after the diploma.

The approval of the measure in the House has paved the way for the locking of lawsuits against other parliamentarians in the Supreme Court. The PL asked the house to also suspend the action against the deputy (-SP) for the alleged hacker invasion of the CNJ system (National Council of Justice).
Based on this, the possibility of requesting the process against the former Minister of Communications (-MA) was also mentioned, if confirmed the receipt of the complaint against him by the Supreme.
